Artist Statement
I look at the art I make as a bridge between the world outside and the world within.
Images of potential installations become trapped in my brain and the only way I can remove them is to create them in reality. But, even then, they refuse to go away entirely and still make the rounds, demanding modifications and tweaks.
My own realm of art, for the moment, appears to be based on the two almighty powers of light and dimension. I’ve found that when these two ingredients are mixed with a few others in just the right proportions, they can create wonder. And wonder is a magnificent thing to make.
