Dis-Entangled

The Animal Museum was having its grand Opening at its new location in the Arts District of Los Angeles. My friend and oft times collaborator, Ethan Turpin, was doing a piece about plastic in the ocean gyres for their first show, Entangled. He asked me if I’d like to do some outside projection.

I used imagery of anemones and jellyfish we’d shot at Monterey Aquarium a couple of years earlier. It was a little challenging as the light bleed from both sides of building was prodigious. It all worked out in the end.
